Children are welcome.
2 hour workshop focusing on Handstands, Elbowstands, Backbends, Flexibility and Mindfulness.
Working on core strength, upper body strength, functional movement,
conditioning and mobility exercises.
While stretching throughout the session, we focus on flexibility for backbends, safe and controlled movement, preventing injury.
Finishing with mindfulness, breathing techniques and relaxing your whole body and mind.
