Acrobatics Mindfulness Weekend Retreats

The BRetreats presents unique retreats focusing on movement in our bodies and our minds.

Bryony is extremely passionate about exploring mobility, movement, flexibility and strength in her body.

She has many years experience with mental health issues, some of these episodes have come with a hugely positive outcomes she forced herself to explore the world, her mind, her body and her limits.

Living in fear; Bryony would like to share her love for movement and mental health.

What to expect:

Perfect locations for relaxing. I don’t want to tell you exactly everything we will be doing; its best you come with an open mind, prepared to take some time away from social media and have some fun! 

Saturday will be our main Retreat Day including: 

  • Mobility and Movement

  • Handstands, Acrobatics 

  • Aerial Hoop

  • Pole Dance 

  • Stretch and Flexibility 

  • Yoga, plenty of mindfulness throughout the weekend and breathing 

FOOD and drink throughout the weekend (seems obvious) but I won’t be starving you.

Sunday there will be time to reflect, plenty of places to walk and enjoy a Sunday lunch.


Let’s get Hygge; the mood of coziness and comfort with feelings of wellness and contentment.

What to pack:

Comfortable relaxing clothes

Toiletries (only soap provided)

Gym clothes: what you’d feel most comfortable in doing a handstands!


Trainers/comfortable shoes

Hair dryer/straighteners if you’d like

Wellies/Boots if its forecast a wet weekend

Any extra snacks/drinks you like

Warm coat for a country walk

Book if you’re into reading, I will provide some of my favourite mindfulness books 

Sleeping arrangements: 

I will allocate the bedrooms; there is enough space for everybody as the home sleeps 12 guests and there are 10 of us. Please message me if you have any queries about this.
