This is the first time i've done this so i'm excited to introduce a new
and unique programme to my collection!


I've had my fair share of injuries the past few years;
I've worked on strength and flexibility for a long time but one important
factor was the range of movement in my joints and muscles.

It sounds simple but requires technique and guidance.

Improving your Mobility will help reduce injuries and recovery.
Improve your flexibility performance in Acrobatics, Pole and Aerial.
Increase flexibility and range of movement in your joints and muscles.
Improve your posture.
Relieve tension from day to day life or frequent exercise.
Movement decreases tension, anxiety and stress.
Warm up your muscles before deeper flexibility.

Terms and Conditions

While training at TheBMovement with Bryony teaching all styles of classes: ​

I understand that physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury.​

You are urged to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before participating in any exercise activity.​

I recognize that such physical activity and exertion may be difficult and strenuous and may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition.​

I agree that I engage in any physical exercise or activity with TheBMovement, I do so entirely at my own risks.​

If you are taking part in an Online Programme, I agree that I engage in any physical exercise or activity with TheBMovement, I do so entirely at my own risks.​

TheBMovement is not responsible for any injuries caused at home during the programme.

This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur as a result of:​

(a) Your participation in any activity or training session and

(b) Instruction, training, supervision by your instructor while at TheBMovement​

You acknowledge that you have carefully read this "waiver and release" and fully understand that it is a release of liability.​

You expressly agree to release and discharge the Instructor at TheBMovement; fitness from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against your Dance/Pole Instructor for personal injury or property damage.​

To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit release for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of the Dance/Pole Instructor. If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to the invalid, then the remained of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed herefrom.​

By purchasing a class or private session online or at the studio there is a 24hour cancellation policy.

If you cancel a session within the 24hours before your session there is no refund.

There are no refunds for Online Programmes.

By signing this release, I acknowledge that I understand its content and that this release

cannot be modified orally.
