How does it work?

1. Consultation

We will have an online zoom consultation to discuss your goals and needs.

You will need to fill out the form.

If you can't make a zoom call you can put your goals and needs in an email.

2. Programme 

Choose a 4 week or 8 week programme, depending on your goals.

4 weeks - approx 15 exercises

8 weeks - approx 30 exercises

Bryony will create the programme within 14 days from consultation.

It will be a mixture of photos, videos and descriptions for the exercises.

Programme will be sent via Google Drive.

3. 1-1 Session with Bryony

We will book in the 30 mins sessions within your 4/8 weeks

so Bryony can see how you're getting on.

These will be via Zoom.

You can prepare any questions you have and go over some exercises so

Bryony can see you're doing them.
