TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take time to read through the Terms and Conditions
for BRetreats Bali Experience ran by TheBMovement.
REGISTRATION
You must fill out the online registration form in full first.
Without this we cannot process your application for this Retreat.
You will then get a registration number.
DEPOSIT
Your place on this Retreat will not be confirmed until you have paid the deposit in full.
It must be paid via bank transfer.
All deposits are non-refundable. More explained in the Cancellations section.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made in full or in instalments.
An Invoice will be produced after your Deposit has been paid with your registration number on.
INVOICE
The invoice is a legally binding contract with TheBMovement.
Once the registration and deposit payment has been received you will get a Confirmation email.
If you do not receive your invoice or confirmation email
please contact bryony@thebmovement.com immediately.
CANCELLATIONS
TheBMovement has a no refund policy on the deposit for this BRetreat.
If you have paid the full amount and can no longer attend the BRetreat, you must let TheBMovement know 31 days before the BRetreat and you will receive 50% of your payment back, not including the deposit.
If you cancel within 31 days of the BRetreat, there is no refund.
FOUND SOMEBODY TO TAKE YOUR PLACE?
If you need to cancel your place and have found somebody to take your place they must fill out a registration form and pay a £50 transfer fee.
You must email bryony@thebmovement.com and the new participant must accept the terms and conditions.
The new participant must organise their own travel.
CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID
As we are all hoping, we will no longer have to worry about covid.
In the circumstance that the Balinese borders are closed due to covid we will refund the full amount.
We fully recommend you have your own travel insurance including Covid polcy.
If you cancel for personal reasons connected to contracting Covid, there is no refund.
So make sure your travel insurance will cover you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
You must purchase your own travel insurance.
You must show proof of your travel insurance 31 days before the BRretreat.
TheBMovement does not hold any responsibility for damage to your property, any injury to participants during the full Retreat.
TRAVEL
Travel to the Country and Island is the responsibility of the student and is not included in the price.
TheBMovement will give clear tips and advice for travelling to the island.
IDENTIFICATION
All participants must be over 18.
ALL Participants will be required to provide Identification upon arrival at the event, these must be either a current Drivers License containing photo ID or a current Passport.
CHANGES TO THE RETREAT
TheBMovement has the right to alter the timetable on the Retreat.
BEDROOMS
Bedrooms are double and shared.
If you’d prefer a single room please email bryony@thebmovement.com. There are limited number of single rooms.
VENUE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All guests are responsible for personal property, valuables and behaviour in the Villa and surrounding area.
The owner of the facility has the right to enter to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger.
Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing neighbors is prohibited.
In the event of the disappearance or damage of the equipment, the guest is obliged to notify the host and is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value.
The contents of villa/apartment(pool,spa,beds,etc) may only be used by persons who are registered as guests.
No additional guests or visitors on the premises other than those who have booked.
Bringing in of animals is permitted upon the consent the host.
SMOKING
Smoking is forbidden in the Vila but is allowed on the balcony and outside.
DATA PROTECTION
By accepting the Terms and Conditions you accept that the personal information you have provided is held on thebmovement database.
TheBMovement will not sell, trade or transfer your information or use your information marketing, advertising or product services.
INSTRUCTOR COPYRIGHT
Everything you are taught at the BRetreat is Copyright material of TheBMovement.
You are not entitled to use the Instructors material for any commercial purposes.
You may use the material for personal use.
APPLICABLE LAWS
The relationship between TheBMovement and the Registrant will be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bali without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
If no agreement can be reached, any dispute related to the commercial relation will be taken in charge by the exclusive competence of the Balinese jurisdiction.
LIABILITY
TheBMovement shall have no liability for loss or damage to any of your personal property except where this is due to the negligence of BRetreats.
TheBMovement will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by you; or any loss of property or personable (direct or indirect) suffered by you.
TheBMovement total liability to you in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise shall not exceed the relevant booking fee paid.
CONDUCT
It is TheBMovements responsibility to make sure everyone behaves in an orderly manner during the BRetreat.
TheBMovement has the right to remove anybody from the BRetreat if they behave in a disruptive manner.
NATURAL DISASTER
TheBMovement will not be liable for any default or delay in the performance of its obligations, to the extent that such default or delay is caused, directly or indirectly, by an event beyond the reasonable control of TheBMovement such as, but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts or regulations of government bodies, court orders, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, strikes, lockouts or labour difficulties.
Such event or circumstance giving rise to the default or delay is a Force Majeure Event.
