WHAT IS #THEBMOVEMENT?
Bryony has over 12 years experience in teaching Pole Dance, Acrobatics and Flexibility.
The past few years she has focussed more on Programmes for splits, backbends, handstands and more.
She has a huge passion for the safety of your body; so explores pre-hab exercises in all her classes,

focussing on specific flexibility styles, stretching techniques and lots of strength and conditioning.
She has recently moved to Bali where all her online Videos, Programmes have moved over to the platform Patreon.
She also launched her Personalised Programmes!
Treat it like having a Personal Trainer for your flexibility, acrobatic or Pole or Aerial needs and goals and 
Bryony will support you the whole way.
She is ASLO running her first Retreat Abroad in September in Croatia and
will be launching a Bali Retreat for 2023 soon.
