TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take time to read through the Terms and Conditions for B Retreats ran by TheBMovement.

​

 

REGISTRATION

You are required to complete the online registration form in full.

​

Without a completed form, we will be unable to process your application for the Retreat.

​

DEPOSIT

The deposit confirms your commitment and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or change of mind.

​

PAYMENT

Once your deposit is received, you’ll have the option to pay the remaining balance in full or via a payment plan.

​

The remaining balance must be paid in full 1 month before the retreat start date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in forfeiting your spot and deposit.

 

INVOICE

The invoice is a legally binding contract with TheBMovement.

​

Once the registration and deposit payment has been received you will get a Confirmation email.

If you do not receive your invoice or confirmation email please contact bryony@thebmovement.com immediately.

 

CANCELLATIONS

The Deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

​

It secures your place and covers upfront costs required to run the retreat.

​

If you’ve paid the full balance and can no longer attend, you must notify TheBMovement at least 90 days prior to the retreat start date.​

​

In this case, you will receive a 50% refund of your total payment, excluding the deposit.

​

Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat are non-refundable, due to the limited nature of spaces and upfront costs incurred.

​

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes or cancellations.

 

FOUND SOMEBODY TO TAKE YOUR PLACE?

If you need to cancel your place and have found somebody to take your place they must fill out a registration form and

pay a £100 transfer fee.

You must email bryony@thebmovement.com and the new participant must accept the terms and conditions.

The new participant is fully responsible for organising their own travel and ensuring their availability for the retreat dates.

​

CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID 

In the circumstance that the Balinese borders are closed due to covid we will refund the full amount.

We fully recommend you have your own travel insurance including Covid policy.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

All participants are required to purchase their own travel and health insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical needs, personal belongings and any unforeseen circumstances.

You must provide proof of valid travel insurance no later than 31 days before the start of the BRetreat.

TheBMovement accepts no responsibility for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

• Any injury, illness, or accident that may occur during the retreat

• Costs arising from travel delays, missed flights, or other disruptions outside our control

We strongly recommend choosing a comprehensive policy that includes medical cover, cancellation, and trip interruption protection.

TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITY

Travel to and from the Retreat destination (including international and domestic flights to the island) is the sole responsibility of the participant and is not included in the retreat price.

 

IDENTIFICATION

All participants must be over 18.

All Participants will be required to provide Identification upon arrival at the event, these must be either a current Drivers License containing photo ID or a current Passport.

 

CHANGES

TheBMovement reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule or timetable as needed.

While we aim to deliver all planned sessions and activities, adjustments may be made in response to group needs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we create the best possible retreat experience.

BEDROOMS

All rooms are shared double occupancy as standard, offering a beautiful space to rest and connect with a retreat participant/s.

If you would prefer a private single room, please email bryony@thebmovement.com to request availability.
Please note: Single rooms are limited and subject to an additional cost.

 

VENUE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All guests are responsible for personal property, valuables and behaviour in the accommodation and surrounding area.

The owner of the facility has the right to enter to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. 

Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing neighbours is prohibited. 

In the event of the disappearance or damage of the equipment, the guest is obliged to notify the host and is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value.

The contents of the accomodation (pool,spa,beds,etc) may only be used by persons who are registered as guests. 

No additional guests or visitors on the premises other than those who have booked. 

Bringing in of animals is permitted upon the consent the host.

 

SMOKING

Smoking is forbidden in the accomodation but is allowed on the balcony and outside.

 

DATA PROTECTION

By accepting the Terms and Conditions you accept that the personal information you have provided is held on thebmovement database.​

TheBMovement will not sell, trade or transfer your information or use your information marketing, advertising or product services.

 

INSTRUCTOR COPYRIGHT

All content, teachings, and materials shared during the BRetreat are the intellectual property of TheBMovement and are protected by copyright.

• These materials are provided for your personal use and growth only.

• You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, share, or use any part of the retreat content for commercial purposes, including teaching, selling, or distributing without prior written permission from TheBMovement.

We appreciate your respect for the creativity, experience and energy that go into everything we share.

APPLICABLE LAWS

The relationship between TheBMovement and the Registrant shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the country where the retreat takes place, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event that a dispute arises which cannot be resolved amicably, any legal proceedings related to the commercial relationship will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country where the retreat is held.

LIABILITY

TheBMovement accepts no liability for loss or damage to your personal property, except where such loss or damage is directly caused by the negligence of TheBMovement or its representatives.

TheBMovement will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of property or personal injury, whether direct or indirect.

In all cases, TheBMovement’s total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the retreat booking.

 

CONDUCT

It is TheBMovements responsibility to make sure everyone behaves in an orderly manner during the BRetreat. 

TheBMovement has the right to remove anybody from the BRetreat if they behave in a disruptive manner.

 

NATURAL DISASTER 

TheBMovement shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations where such failure or delay is caused, directly or indirectly, by events beyond its reasonable control.

These events include, but are not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, natural disasters, government actions or regulations, court orders, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, rebellions, strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes.

Any such event or circumstance causing the delay or failure shall be considered a Force Majeure Event.
